Terms & Conditions

 

1   Merchandise is sold FOB Shipping Points and in most cases shipped on large semi Trucks Free of charge,   we are excluding certain states in our Free Shipping policy at this time.  Free shipping is offered using common carrier Freight Trucks with curbside service,  except for these states:  WY, MT, SD, ND, ID,OR, MN, ME, CA, WA  WN, AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, NH, VT, RI, NY, NJ & CT as well as Islands,  for these states contact sales@furnitureonmain.com or call 423-539-0148 for a shipping quote.  some items are shipped Free In Home Delivery and will be indicated on each item.

2   Merchandise is non-refundable unless pre-authorized ,with an RMA#. All returned merchandise must be in salable unused condition and a 20% restocking fee will be applied, unless the item is damaged in transit and refused.

3   Every effort is made to ship orders as complete and as soon as possible. Due to the diversity and nature of our extensive product line, some items will be back ordered,  you will be notified at the time of order if your item is not in stock and you can make a decision to keep the order or cancel at no cost to you.

4   All back orders will be automatically shipped unless otherwise specified on this order or unless canceled by the customer prior to shipping.

5.  When an order is placed Shopify has fees that they charge to process the sale, credit card fees, etc.  those fees will not be returned to you as the Buyer since We do not receive them and Shopify no longer reimburses the customer if a order is canceled for any reason,  be sure to check stock on all items before placing your order.  

 

All deposits received with an order to hold merchandise are non-refundable,  unless canceled within 14 days of ordering. Deposits will be forfeited if customer does not fulfill purchase obligation within 90 days.

 

Furniture On Main shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to manufacture due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Delivery or shipping dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.  While every effort is made to meet purchaser's delivery date requirements, failure to meet a requested delivery date will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refusal of the completed order or any part thereof.

 

Prices, Information, and Images displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. These are data transfer errors and you will be contacted with the correct pricing should you order an item of this nature to determine if you would like to complete your order. Due to the variances in computer monitor colors we cannot guarantee the color of the product images you view on your monitor will appear the same in person.
