Ordering, Payments and Cancelation Policy

 

PAYMENTS

We accept Shopify payments and Square payments .  

If for some reason the item is not in stock and you order it without checking stock,  we can no longer refund the credit card processing fees that Shopify and Square and other Credit card companies are charging for processing the payment.  They will no longer refund back to Us,  since they are doing the work to process the payment regardless of the item being in stock or not.   So be sure and check stock before ordering. 

 

CUSTOM AND BACK ORDERS
 

Although we try to keep every product in stock, occasionally some items will be back ordered. Custom ordered items are considered back ordered due to production, for 8 – 34 weeks depending on the vendor. Sometimes delays may occur that extends the delivery time. Rarely is this the case, but please be patient, as these are custom items and some of our items are manufactured overseas.

Refunds are not issued on custom orders. We require half down on all custom orders. Once we receive notification that your items are ready, we will notify you and request final payment. No items are shipped without being paid in full. 



 

Cancellations Policy

  • After placing an order, you can cancel at no charge for any reason before the manufacturer’s warehouse or our warehouse ships the order. (Typically, orders ship within 2-3 days)
  • Once an order is placed, we immediately submit the order directly to our or the manufacturer's warehouse, ensuring it’s shipped to you as quickly as possible.
  • Once the warehouse receives your order, we (and thus, the customer) become financially obligated to purchase the merchandise from the warehouse.
  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation describing the details of your purchase. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information in the email receipt.
  • You have 24 hours to review your confirmation and reply with any discrepancies or changes.
  • To cancel an order, send an email to slambert@highland.net with your name, order number, and reason for cancelling. Unfortunately, no phone cancellations can be processed. If you cancellation request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
  • Special orders, orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer, layaway, and financing orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Any cancellation requests submitted after the order ships are subject to the Returns Policy 
  • If the manufacturer’s warehouse or our warehouse confirms that the order is loaded on the truck or released for shipping the order is treated as shipped and can no longer be cancelled. Any such cancellations requests are subject to the Returns Policy below.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after a 3 day period,  since they are custom ordered with the Factory at the time of order and are being made especially for you.
