A lot of our items are shipped free of charge, to most locations with exceptions, using common carrier Freight Trucks with curbside service,  except WY, MT, SD, ND, ID,OR, MN, ME, CA, WA & WN, and Islands,  for those states contact sales@furnitureonmain.com or call 423-539-0148 for a quote.

Curbside service is the fastest way to receive your items usually within 2-3 weeks from the date of order,  unless the item or items are out of stock which you will be informed of within 1-2 business days after ordering, so that you can cancel or leave on order.   

We do have some items that are shipped Free of charge with our In-Home Service those will be marked as In Home Delivery,  In Home Delivery is based on the Carriers schedule to your area those are typically done with 4-6 weeks after they receive the item.  except WY, MT, SD, ND, ID,OR, MN, ME, CA, WA & WN, and Islands,  for those states contact sales@furnitureonmain.com or call 423-539-0148 for a quote.

You can upgrade any  Curbside shipping item to our In-Home Delivery Service, if needed, by calling or emailing us with your zip code, at which time you will be supplied with a freight quote.

Curbside shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday with the exception of applicable holidays. Insurance is included to replace any damaged pieces that have proper documentation of a damage by you upon arrival.


Your purchased items are insured and placed on our freight van-lines for delivery. You will receive an Advanced Shipment Notification once your items ship by the email address that you provide at checkout. 

You will be contacted by the delivery provider for a delivery date. . FURNITURE ON MAIN , will not be held responsible for storage, re-direct or re-delivery fees if you refuse your item or if the Carrier is unable to reach you by phone.   We require payment of all such fees before items can be redelivered. 

FURNITURE ON MAIN  and its affiliates are not liable for any furniture damages when the customer uses their own contracted Freight Carrier. All items are inspected prior to leaving manufacturers and are in excellent and new condition. It is customer's responsibility to track freight, ensure condition of freight, and file any necessary claims. If there is a problem, we can also assist. Our fine furniture pieces are packaged very securely to minimize the possibility of damage.
